2001 Sunline T195 Travel Trailer

One owner travel trailer . Very low miles. Titled and registered in October 2000.
Has been parked in Pennsylvania and used one or two weekends a year since October 2003.
It is currently winterized (anti-freeze in all water lines).
Interior is perfect. It is as good as it looks in these pictures which were taken in June 2008.
The outside is in excellent condition and The body work is perfect.
There are some gray weather streaks that can be cleaned.
Defects: The Awning has wind damage (as noted in text below)
The furnace does not light (needs ignition circuit).
Needs licence plate bracket
The awning damage is shown in photos on this website. The spindles on each end of the long cylinder that rolls the canvas are loose in their fittings. The awing will roll out and can be used but the cylinder could drop out if care is not taken when opening or closing. I was going to take it off and toss it but figured it would be an inexpensive fix if the buyer wants an awning. When opened, the awning has a tear about two feet along the right (front) end and about a foot long along the left (back) end. An unexpected wind storm did this damage.

Trailer weights 3500 pounds. Class IV weight distribution hitch with 2 5/16" ball and electric brake control required
Correction to ball size which was previously listed as 2 7/8.
